These Terms govern your use of the Caffè Sabrina App available on Apple iOS and Google Play. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parent or guardian authorisation where required.

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. Future updates may support Apple Sign In and Google Sign In.

4. Ordering and Collection

Users may place orders in advance and receive preparation and collection notifications. Collection times are estimates.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Square. Caffè Sabrina does not store complete payment card details.

6. Loyalty Rewards

Promotional rewards including first hot drink offers and loyalty rewards may change or be withdrawn.

7. Notifications

Users may receive order alerts, promotions and service updates and can manage preferences within device settings.

8. User Content

Users are responsible for content uploaded through profile and image features.

9. Camera, Photos and Future Location Features

Optional permissions may be requested for camera, photos and future location services.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service, interfere with operations or abuse promotions.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for misuse or breach of terms. Future updates will include in-app deletion.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests will be reviewed in line with consumer rights and payment processing rules.

13. Intellectual Property

App branding, content and software remain the property of Caffè Sabrina.

14. Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed and features may change.

15. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an as available basis.

16. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

17. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

Updated terms become effective when published.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
